Human resource development defines demand in leading and social qualification and aims to adapt staff competencies according to recent and prospective demands.

PolymerMat initiated the project PerSys – systematically developing human resource development – to support the plastic industry of Thuringia to in questions of systematic personnel work. In cooperation with the participating enterprises an innovative environment and a cooperative workflow shall be initiated for smart planning and implementation of prospective change processes in the enterprises.
